Terms and Conditions

1.) In the consideration of engaging as a photography model, I hereby grant the artist any
and all rights to the photographs taken in this session and any future additional sessions
regarding these photos. The photos taken by the photographer may be shared and displayed by
the photographer in order to promote his/her work via professional social media accounts (i.e.,
Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, Instagram, photography sharing websites, etc.) with or without the
use of a watermark that may be visible on the photograph(s), unless otherwise marked below by
the client. 

2.) After the photoshoot is over, a date/time is scheduled for a “post consultation” to go
over the photos either in person or over video chat for the model to choose their photos. The
model may choose a set amount of photos based on the selected session choice. Each session has a “max photo” limit. Once chosen, if the model wishes to have more photos than the allotted amount for that tier, the model must pay for the next tier in that category. The photographer may deliver photographs taken to the client no more than two weeks after the post consultation. 

3.) If a photography session is scheduled, the client may not withhold any paid amount after
a booking has been confirmed. The client must pay the photographer a non-refundable of 50%
of the agreed payment upon booking the photography session via electronic payment
(Cash App, PayPal, Facebook Messenger, Zelle, etc). If less than 100% of the full payment is
received before the day of the scheduled shoot, the photographer may delay the payment until
the future scheduled date for the model’s post consultation. The model must pay the full
amount by the date of the post consultation.

4.) The client may display any and all photographs received from the photographer on
social media under the condition that a link back to the photographer or written credit of the
photographer is provided under any and all photographs displayed. Should the client be unable
to provide a link or written credit to the photographer, the photographer’s watermark should be
visible on any and all photographs not containing a link or written credit.

5.) In the case of any photographs containing any sexual and/or explicit displays of the
model(s), including partial to full nudity with or without the display of undergarments or display of
swimsuits, any and all models must be the minimum age of eighteen (18). In the chance that the
model(s) is not the minimum age of 18, a parental signature of consent must be present from a
parent or legal guardian regardless of photography style/aesthetic.

6.) If the model chooses to purchase an add-on package, they may do so during the post
consultation. The full price calculated after choosing any and all add-ons is final and non-refundable.
